Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Intern located in Kochi, Kerala. The intern will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and assisting in business development strategies. The role involves fostering customer relationships, supporting communication efforts, and collaborating with the team to achieve growth objectives. The intern will also participate in identifying key areas to expand client outreach and improve customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying trends and generating insights
- Excellent Communication skills for internal collaboration and client interaction
- Experience with Lead Generation and Market Research
- Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and build relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any fresh graduates (completed or in progress)
- Familiarity with the financial services sector or digital payment platforms is a plus
- Interest in fintech, startups, sales, or business growth
Preferred
• Malayalam & English communication skills
• Basic understanding of digital platforms and social media
• Prior internship or campus leadership experience is a plus
