📌 Role Description
Business Development Internship . This is not a support role you will own the business development function end to end. From the first cold outreach to the final signed deal, you are responsible for the pipeline. You will conduct outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls, qualify leads, run discovery meetings, present DevHub's services, and close deals. You will also manage client relationships post-sale, coordinating between clients and our internal delivery teams.
You will attend and lead meetings with CEOs, founders, and department heads at top companies. You will work directly alongside senior industry professionals and have real ownership of outcomes from day one.
Compensation is commission-based you earn on every deal you close. This role is unpaid at the base, with uncapped commission tied directly to your performance.
✅ Qualifications
• Strong communication skills — written and verbal, across email, calls, and in-person settings
• Hunger to learn business development from the ground up: outreach, qualification, pitching, objection handling, and closing
• Comfortable with rejection and curious about what it takes to turn a no into a yes
• Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field
• Eagerness to work in a fast-moving environment where your output directly drives results

💰 Compensation: Commission on every closed deal
