About the Job
Job Title: Business Development Intern
Experience: 0-1 Year (Freshers can apply)
Stipend: 6K - 15K/month + Incentives (Negotiable based on Experience)
Location: Onsite Okhla Phase 2 ,Delhi
Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred.
About the Role
Decode Growth is looking for a Business Development Intern who wants real, hands-on exposure to sales, client handling, and business growth. If you can talk, think, and not ghost leads halfway through, you’ll survive here.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social platforms
- Support lead generation and help maintain a basic sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and assist in presenting relevant services.
- Coordinate meetings between prospects and internal teams.
- Follow up with leads and help maintain client relationships.
- Support the team in achieving monthly targets and business growth.
Requirement
- 0-1 year of experience in business development or sales (freshers can apply).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of sales processes is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
