Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Intern who will support our growth initiatives by assisting in lead generation, client engagement, and conversion processes. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales, client interaction, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate potential leads through various channels (calls, social media, references, etc.)
- Conduct initial outreach and engage with prospective clients
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating counseling/demo sessions
- Support the team in follow-ups and conversion tracking
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems
- Work closely with sales, counseling, and operations teams for smooth execution
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis
- Contribute to improving customer experience and engagement strategies
What You Will Learn- Practical exposure to sales funnels and conversion strategies
- Real-time experience in client communication and negotiation
