Business Development Intern

Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our Franchise Sales function. This role provides hands-on exposure to lead management, partner acquisition, and sales execution while working closely with senior sales stakeholders. High performers will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads for Franchise Sales
- Engage with prospective franchise partners through outbound calls and follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and effectively pitch Crio.Do’s franchise model
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in CRM systems
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly business targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and onboarding processes
- Participate in sales reviews, training sessions, and performance discussions
Eligibility & Requirements
- Fluency in English & Telugu is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in business development, sales, and customer-facing roles
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work from the Secunderabad office
- Fresh graduates or final-year students preferred
