Role Summary

Work directly with leadership, learn fast, and take ownership of tasks. The goal is to become a reliable extension of leadership and share workload effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily coordination and follow-ups

- Draft emails and communication

- Support operations, hiring, and client interactions

- Prepare reports and track tasks

- Handle calendar and priorities

Ideal Candidate

- Fresher / 0–2 years (BBA / BCom)

- Strong English communication

- Quick learner, proactive, high ownership

- Comfortable with Excel, email, and basic tools
