Job Description: Business Development Intern
We’re looking for a Business Development Intern who understands that sales today isn’t about pushing services - it’s about building conversations, identifying opportunities, and turning attention into action.
If you enjoy talking to people, spotting gaps, and figuring out how brands can grow, you’ll fit right in.
Job Location:
This is a work-from-office role based out of our JP Nagar office (Bangalore).
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and research potential clients across industries (India & global markets)
- Initiate conversations via LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels
- Assist in building outreach strategies and lead generation pipelines
- Qualify leads and understand client requirements before passing them to the team
- Support in pitch preparation, decks, and proposal writing
- Track conversations, follow-ups, and maintain CRM hygiene
- Work closely with the founders and strategy team to understand how deals are closed
Who You Are:
- Strong communicator (written + verbal English is important)
- Curious about marketing, brands, and how businesses grow
- Comfortable reaching out to new people and starting conversations
- Organized, proactive, and not afraid of follow-ups
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and professional communication
- Prior internship/freelance experience is a plus (not mandatory)

- How modern outbound actually works (beyond spammy messages)
- How to position services based on client psychology
- Real-world exposure to sales, marketing, and client acquisition
- How to turn conversations into qualified opportunities
Additional Information:
- Internship Duration: 3 months
- Stipend: ₹12,000/month
- Full-Time Opportunity: High-performing candidates may be offered a full-time role at ₹21,000/month
- You’ll be working with brands across India, US, UK, Australia, Canada, Singapore, and more
- Fast-paced environment — you’ll learn quickly or be humbled quickly (sometimes both)

- Conversion of leads into qualified opportunities
- Consistency in outreach and follow-ups
