Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of business development, operations, and market research within the EV charging infrastructure space. You’ll help identify, evaluate, and onboard locations for EV charging stations while coordinating with internal teams to bring projects to life.
The role is full time basis in Pune
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and conduct market research for expansion opportunities
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for EV charging stations
- Pitch to and onboard landowners / property partners
- Work with internal teams on technical, commercial, and operational feasibility
- Support proposal creation and feasibility analysis
- Assist in executing expansion strategies
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders and provide ongoing support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Interest in the EV (electric vehicle) industry
- Willingness to travel for site visits and fieldwork
- Analytical thinking with basic market research skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

- Finds good locations for EV chargers
- Talks to property owners and convinces them to partner
- Checks if those locations make business and technical sense
- Helps move projects from idea → execution
