Role Description
This is an unpaid 3-month internship role for a Business Development Intern at Codeofy Private Limited. The role is based in Jaipur with remote flexibility. The intern will work directly with the founding team on real business development tasks — lead generation, client outreach, market research, and growth strategy. This is not a training program — you will work on live targets and real client pipelines from day one.
What You'll Work On:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Conducting market research to find new business opportunities and target segments
- Generating leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn DMs, and referrals
- Building and maintaining client relationships through consistent follow-ups
- Preparing proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations
- Supporting customer service and handling initial client queries
- Collaborating with the team to identify and close new business opportunities
- Maintaining a simple lead tracker or CRM to manage the pipeline
What We're Looking For:
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business opportunities and market trends
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive attitude with a drive to hit measurable targets
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with CRM tools or business development tools is a plus
- Someone who is self-driven, reliable, and takes ownership
