Role Overview
We are looking for highly motivated, go-getter MBA students who are passionate about building businesses, love people, and are not afraid to hustle. As a Business Development Intern, you will be the face of CodeChatura in the Delhi NCR region, driving outreach, partnerships, and sales at both college and corporate levels.
What You'll Do
Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and placement cells to onboard them onto CodeChatura
Reach out to corporate HR teams and talent acquisition leaders to pitch CodeChatura as their go-to hiring assessment tool
Own your pipeline — from lead generation to deal closure
Conduct demos, presentations, and meetings with decision-makers
Build long-term relationships with institutional and corporate partners
Collaborate with the core team to refine GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy
Represent CodeChatura at events, job fairs, and campus activities

Who We're Looking For
✅ Currently pursuing an MBA degree (any year/semester)
✅ Outstanding communication and presentation skills
✅ Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
✅ Aggressive, solution-oriented, and results-focused mindset
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
✅ Prior experience in sales, BD, or marketing (preferred, not mandatory)
✅ Based in or willing to work across Delhi NCR
