Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role located in the Pune Division. As a Business Development Intern, you will manage lead generation efforts, conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth, and build strong client relationships through excellent customer service. You will actively assist in outreach initiatives, work collaboratively with the team to expand the academy’s network, and support the implementation of strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Market Research skills to identify trends and assess opportunities effectively
- Exceptional Communication skills to engage with potential clients and present value propositions clearly
- Experience or knowledge in Lead Generation and networking strategies
- Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Proactive approach to learning and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Pursuing or completed a graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office tools is highly desirable
- Passion for education and helping students achieve their academic and career goals
