We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Intern to support our Sales and Growth team. This role is perfect for candidates interested in B2B sales, LinkedIn outreach, client acquisition, and revenue-driven business development.
Internship Details
• Internship Duration: 6 Months (Full-Time)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST (Mandatory)
• Stipend: Based on Interview
• Employment Opportunity: On-roll permanent job offer based on performance
Key Responsibilities
• Support business development and sales outreach via LinkedIn and email
• Identify and connect with potential clients, partners, and decision-makers
• Assist in lead generation, market research, and prospect profiling
• Maintain and update CRM and lead tracking reports
• Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams
• Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and follow-up communication
• Participate in sales meetings and strategy discussions
• Track outreach performance and conversion metrics
Requirements
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and client engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with LinkedIn networking and outreach
• Ability to work full-time during the specified working hours
• Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of B2B sales or digital business models is a plus
Preferred Skills
• Experience using LinkedIn for professional networking
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, or Excel
• Good verbal and written English communication
• Ability to handle targets and performance metrics
