Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Intern to support lead generation, client outreach, and market research initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in sales strategy, CRM tools, and client engagement within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through online research and outreach.
Support email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and CRM updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare pitch decks and proposals.
Track and report business development metrics and progress.
Attend client calls and take meeting notes when required.
Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel, and CRM tools is a plus.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Available to work on-site in Pune.
