About the Role
Bridgers is hiring a proactive Business Development Intern to help drive agency growth. You will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client outreach, and proposal creation. This paid, fully remote internship is tailored for ambitious recent graduates. Those who excel in this role will be evaluated for a permanent "associate position". The candidate will also be liable to monthly stipend.

Responsibilities
* Identify and research potential clients and industry leads.
* Assist in preparing outreach materials and client proposals.
* Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead information.
* Support the business development team in daily outreach activities.
Requirements
* Recent graduates eager to pursue a career in sales or business development.
* Available full time, 9 AM to 6 PM IST daily with off on weekends
* Dependable internet setup for remote work.
* Confident communicator with a strong drive to succeed.
