About The Role
Are you a proactive communicator who loves networking and building relationships? We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to join our team in Bangalore. If you are eager to learn the ins and outs of B2B sales, lead generation, and client outreach, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Identify and filter potential B2B leads based on target criteria (industry, location, job title, etc.) using professional networking platforms and databases.
- Handle lead generation and qualification calls to pitch our services/products effectively.
- Craft and send personalized professional messages to key prospects and decision-makers.
- Support the core business development team by managing pipelines, scheduling meetings, and ensuring seamless handoffs.
- Maintain a highly structured tracker of all leads, call outcomes, responses, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach scripts and strategy.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of professional networking platforms (like LinkedIn) and a keen interest in lead generation.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling professional phone conversations confidently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured workflows.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn B2B sales processes.
Internship Details
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Onsite)
Stipend: ₹10,000 / month
