We are recruiting a Business Development Intern to support project sourcing and client research activities.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Project Search: Identify and research potential projects for Blackmont Consulting.
ā¢ Market Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of Blackmont Consulting's capabilities and offerings.
ā¢ Client Interaction: Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and close deals to bring impactful projects to Blackmont.
ā¢ Presentation Preparation: Prepare compelling presentations to showcase Blackmont Consulting's capabilities and value proposition.
ā¢ Organizational Analysis: Analyse potential client organizations to assess compatibility and strategic fit.
Requirements:
ā¢ Currently taking a bachelors or master or be a recent graduate.
ā¢ Strong analytical and research skills.
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
ā¢ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to deal sourcing and project identification.
ā¢ Familiarity with the consulting industry and market trends.
