Role Overview
As a Business Development Intern, you will help identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and support the sales pipeline. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a career in sales, marketing, consulting, or entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential clients (real estate, startups, SMEs, etc.)
- Build and maintain prospect databases
- Use LinkedIn, Google, and other tools to find decision makers
Outreach & Communication
- Initiate conversations via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls
- Pitch company services and set up meetings
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads
Sales Support
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations
- Maintain CRM and update lead status
- Support the team in closing deals
Market Research
- Study competitors and industry trends
- Identify new business opportunities and niches
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking on calls and video meetings
- Interest in sales, marketing, or business growth
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with outreach and rejection (very important 🙂)
Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):
- LinkedIn outreach experience
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Prior internship or sales experience
