Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Intern for a full-time, on-site position located in Srinagar. In this role, you will assist in identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to evaluate trends, and supporting the sales and marketing teams in client engagement. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining excellent customer relationships and work toward business growth initiatives by analyzing market opportunities and competitors.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively engaging with clients and internal teams
- Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and foster client relationships
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales strategies is a plus
