Role OverviewThis is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru. As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with the sales and growth team to engage with prospective learners, support lead conversion efforts, and contribute to business growth through a structured inside-sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Connect with inbound/warm leads via calls, WhatsApp, or email and understand their requirements
- Counsel prospective learners on suitable programs based on their career goals
- Assist in handling objections related to pricing, program value, and outcomes
- Support the sales team in follow-ups and driving enrolments
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of leads and daily outreach activities
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Who We’re Looking For- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, business development, or EdTech industry
- Basic understanding of lead generation and customer engagement
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Language Requirement (Preferred)- Proficiency in English and at least one regional language (Hindi / Tamil / Telugu / Marathi / Kannada / Malayalam)
Stipend- ₹15,000 per month + performance-based incentives
