Role Summary
We are hiring AI-native Business Development Interns for a 3-month pro bono internship focused on B2B pipeline building, lead generation, and outreach execution.
This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the core team to identify prospects, run outreach campaigns, and build meaningful partnerships.
Top performers will be considered for a full-time paid role after the internship.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage B2B lead pipelines across target industries
- Execute cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, scraping tools) to scale outreach
- Research and identify high-quality leads and decision-makers
- Track conversations, responses, and conversions
- Assist in partnership development and deal flow
- Continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and conversion strategies.
