About the AFL Program
The AGP Fast-track Leadership (AFL) Program is designed for ambitious and high-potential candidates who aspire to build a career in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development leadership.
This program focuses on grooming candidates through structured role rotations and hands-on field exposure. Participants will learn key business processes, understand market dynamics, manage teams, and adapt to real-world business challenges.
Selected candidates will be trained to build strong relationships with educational institutions and contribute to the growth of AGP’s business. Candidates who successfully complete the program and demonstrate leadership potential will be given opportunities to lead teams and eventually manage a department.
At AGP, Sales Managers are considered the backbone of the organization, enjoying strong recognition, attractive incentives, and leadership trust.
Program Structure 🏆Phase 1: Business Development Trainee (First 6 Months)
During the initial phase, candidates will focus on understanding the education market and relationship building.
Key responsibilities include:
- Visiting schools and educational institutions to interact with Principals and key decision-makers.
- Presenting AGP’s offerings and convincing institutions to participate in Teacher Workshops and academic initiatives.
- Building strong relationships with school stakeholders.
- Understanding institutional buying behavior and decision-making processes.
Phase 2: Business Development Executive (Next 6 Months)
In this phase, candidates will begin handling target-driven activities and market execution.
Responsibilities include:
- Following up with decision-makers and converting discussions into business opportunities.
- Executing ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities.
- Expanding AGP’s reach across schools and educational institutions.
- Strengthening client relationships and increasing product adoption.
Phase 3: Senior Business Development Executive (After 1 Year)
Candidates who successfully complete the first two phases will move into team leadership and regional management responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and mentoring a team of executives and trainees.
- Planning and executing regional marketing and demand-generation campaigns.
- Building a strong ecosystem connecting schools, retailers, and distributors.
- Developing strategies to increase market demand and improve regional sales performance.
Key Responsibilities ⚓
- Develop a thorough understanding of AGP’s product catalog and offerings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with educational institutions and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular offline visits to schools and B2B customers to promote AGP products.
- Collect feedback from institutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain daily updates and activity tracking using the CRM system.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to refine strategies.
- Conduct quality checks and on-ground training for executives across different cities.
- Support business expansion through field insights and market intelligence.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing can apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable with field travel and interacting with institutional clients.
