Are you someone who loves talking to people, building connections, and wants to learn real-world sales?
At Adisakti, we help individuals and businesses improve communication, recruitment, and sales performance. We’re looking for a driven Business Development Intern who wants hands-on experience in growing a business from the ground up.
You will:
- Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, WhatsApp & Instagram
- Generate and qualify leads
- Book meetings and calls for the founder
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Assist in closing deals and client onboarding
You should apply if:

- Strong communication skills (confidence > perfect English)
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Comfortable with outreach and conversations
Stipend & Incentive:
- ₹10,000/month fixed
- ₹500–₹1,000 per successful conversion
- Performance-based bonuses
