Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-agency Business Development Intern who wants to deeply understand how partnerships, sales funnels, and brand alliances are built in the live events, IP-led entertainment, and cultural experiences space.
This role is not limited to “calling and emailing”, you will work closely on deal-making, revenue strategy, and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and research potential brands, sponsors, and partners aligned with our IPs (music tours, cultural properties, artist-led projects)
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline (lead sourcing → outreach → follow-ups → closures)
- Assist in creating pitch decks, proposals, and partnership narratives
- Drive outbound efforts via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, operations) to align partnership deliverables
- Track conversations, responses, and deal stages in a systematic manner
- Support on-ground partnership execution during events (if required)
What You’ll Learn- Real-world sales psychology and negotiation frameworks
- Building and monetizing IP-led properties (events, artists, content)
- Brand partnerships and sponsorship structuring
- End-to-end sales cycle: lead → pitch → close → deliver
Who Should Apply- Strong interest in sales, business development, or brand partnerships
- Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
- Comfortable with outreach and rejection (this is critical)
- Highly proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Prior internship or experience in sales/marketing is a plus (not mandatory)
