Role Description The Business Development Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position involves supporting the business development team with lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining prospect databases. The intern will assist with market research, competitor analysis, and identifying potential clients and industry opportunities. Daily tasks include preparing presentations and proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to client communication and outreach. The intern will also help track performance metrics, support customer service interactions when needed, and participate in brainstorming sessions for business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience or interest in Market Research for understanding trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for emails, calls, presentations, and internal coordination.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities and basic Customer Service skills to identify prospects and support positive client interactions.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with MS Office or Google Workspace, CRM tools (if any), and basic data handling is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced agency environment.
- Interest in branding, design, and creative industries will be an advantage.
