What you'll do
- Research and identify potential clients — startups, SMEs, service businesses — across India
- Reach out via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and cold calls with clear, value-driven messages
- Qualify leads through initial conversations and understand their website/tech needs
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls with the founder
- Maintain a daily lead tracker (CRM) and share updates with the team
- Assist in creating outreach templates, proposals, and follow-up sequences

- Comfortable with rejection and quick to bounce back
- Takes ownership without being asked twice
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication in Hindi and English
- Ability to hold structured, confident conversations with business owners
- Basic understanding of how businesses use websites and digital tools
Knowledge
- Awareness of the Indian startup and SME landscape
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or cold calling is a plus not required
- No coding or technical background needed
