FORSTU is building a global talent mobility platform connecting skilled healthcare professionals from India with international opportunities. We are currently developing partnerships with hospitals and elderly care institutions in Germany to support the growing demand for healthcare professionals.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Intern who will help us build partnerships with hospitals, elderly care centers, and healthcare institutions in Germany. The role primarily involves outreach through emails, calls, and professional networking platforms to initiate conversations and build relationships.
This role is ideal for someone interested in international business development, healthcare recruitment, and global partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify hospitals, clinics, and elderly care institutions in Germany.
- Reach out to potential partners through emails, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Introduce FORSTU’s healthcare talent sourcing program to potential partners.
- Schedule introductory meetings between interested organizations and the FORSTU team.
- Maintain a database of outreach and responses in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Assist in preparing outreach messages, partnership proposals, and follow-ups.
- Support the team in building a strong pipeline of German healthcare partners.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Comfortable with cold emailing and calling international organizations.
- Ability to work during German business hours (CET).
- Confident and professional communication style.
- Basic understanding of international business or healthcare sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and email outreach tools is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or outreach roles.
- Interest in international markets and healthcare sector.
- German language knowledge (Min B2 level Certification).

- Duration: 3–6 months
- Mode: Remote
- Working Hours: Aligned with German working hours
- Stipend: As per company policy
