Company Description
Swakriti is building AI-powered technology for the fashion industry—enabling customization, better sizing, virtual try-on, and sustainable fashion through Digital Product Passports. While we run our own kidswear brand to test and validate these solutions, our larger vision is to offer these as SaaS products to fashion brands, boutiques, and textile businesses.
Role Description
This is a 0→1 business role where you will work closely with the founders to take our products to the market. Your focus will be to connect with fashion brands, understand their needs, gather feedback, and help convert early interest into pilots and customers.
key Responsibilities- Understand Swakriti’s product suite (customization, sizing, DPP, etc.)
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B customers (fashion brands, boutiques, textile players)
- Pitch the product and demonstrate its value in a simple, relatable way
- Gather customer feedback and insights to improve the product
- Work closely with the product team to refine offerings based on market needs
- Support pilot onboarding and early customer conversions
- Build relationships and create a strong pipeline of potential clients
Who Should Apply- Graduate or final-year student from a fashion institute (NIFT or similar preferred)
- Strong interest in business development, sales, or entrepreneurship
- Good understanding of the fashion ecosystem (brands, boutiques, fabrics, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment
