Business Development Intern – Deep Tech (Edge AI)

Role Overview
You will work directly with the founders to build outbound pipeline from scratch.
This is not a passive internship — your work will directly influence real business conversations.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and map decision-makers across OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and semiconductor companies
- Execute targeted outreach via LinkedIn and email
- Track conversations and follow-ups in a structured manner (CRM/Sheets)
- Book qualified meetings for the founding team
- Continuously refine messaging based on response data
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent outbound activity with structured tracking
- 20–30 meaningful conversations initiated per month
- 5–10 qualified meetings booked
- Improvement in response and conversion rates over time
Who Should Apply
- Interested in B2B sales, startups, or deep tech
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach, iteration, and rejection
- Able to work with minimal guidance and take ownership
- Strong written English (this role is communication-heavy)

- Not a branding/marketing/content role
- Not a passive internship with step-by-step instructions
- Not suited for those looking for a structured corporate environment
What Will Help You Stand Out
- Prior experience with cold outreach (LinkedIn/email)
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, PhantomBuster, Hunter, etc.
- Evidence of initiative (projects, side hustles, experiments)
- Ability to think in terms of what works vs what doesn’t

- Enterprise B2B sales in deep-tech markets
- How to approach OEMs, Tier-1s, and semiconductor companies
- Practical GTM strategy in an early-stage startup
- How real pipelines are built from zero
