Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager & Marketing Executive to drive international client acquisition and expand our overseas recruitment business.
This role is primarily focused on international business development (70%), including acquiring overseas clients, securing manpower requirements, and generating revenue, while also managing strategic marketing initiatives (30%) to strengthen brand presence and lead generation through both digital and offline channels.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in overseas recruitment/business development, negotiation skills, and hands-on marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities
A. International Business Development (Primary Focus)
• Identify and acquire international clients through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, agents, and industry events
• Develop partnerships with foreign employers, recruitment agencies, and manpower consultants
• Secure overseas manpower requirements and recruitment contracts
• Negotiate commercial terms, service fees, and payment structures
• Finalize contracts and ensure compliance with international recruitment standards
• Understand workforce requirements across industries (Healthcare, Construction, Oil & Gas, IT, Hospitality, etc.)
• Explore new international markets for business expansion
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and reports
• Coordinate closely with recruitment and documentation teams for smooth delivery

B. Strategic Marketing (Support Function – Online & Offline)
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
• Manage digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn marketing, SEO, paid ads, email campaigns)
• Generate qualified leads to support business development
• Oversee branding and positioning across online and offline platforms
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Track marketing performance metrics and ROI
• Manage presentations, promotional materials, and client proposals
• Organize industry events, seminars, and awareness campaigns when required
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas recruitment, international business development, or manpower consulting
• Proven experience in acquiring international clients and closing contracts
• Strong understanding of overseas hiring processes, documentation, and visa procedures
• Experience handling both online and offline marketing initiatives
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, CRM systems, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools
• Ability to work across time zones
• Target-driven mindset with revenue accountability
