Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development professional specializing in HR services, based in Varanasi. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting HR service solutions. The individual will work closely with the team to understand client needs, deliver excellent customer service, and achieve business growth targets.
