Role Overview
The role involves driving business growth across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, and institutional partners by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence for NO FILTER.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and grow partnerships within the HORECA segment
• Identify and onboard new restaurants, cafes, hotels, and institutional clients
• Manage key accounts and maintain long-term business relationships
• Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of business targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution and servicing
• Conduct market research and identify expansion opportunities
• Represent the brand in meetings, events, and industry interactions
• Work closely with founders and leadership in a fast-paced startup environment
Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within HORECA or FMCG
• Strong network within restaurants, cafes, hotels, or food service industry preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in ambiguity
• Someone who enjoys startup hustle, takes ownership, and can handle fast-changing priorities
