Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for the Business Development Head (UK) at GenixBit. The role involves developing and executing strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand client portfolios. Tasks include identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, overseeing account management, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales initiatives with company goals. The role also requires analyzing market trends and customer needs to refine business strategies and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Business Development to create and execute strategic growth initiatives
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and customer needs, enabling data-driven decision-making
- Experience in Sales and Account Management to build and sustain long-term client relationships
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Experience in the technology or consulting sector, particularly involving AI-powered and digital solutions, is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
