Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Pune District for a Business Development Head / Sales Head / Lead Generation professional in Cybersecurity Services. The role includes driving business development activities, generating and nurturing leads, and identifying sales opportunities in the cybersecurity space. The candidate will oversee account management, create business strategies, and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets. The role also involves fostering relationships with clients, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with technical teams to understand and present cybersecurity solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Planning and developing strategic roadmaps for sustainable growth
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess market trends, KPIs, and client needs
- Proven experience in Sales with the ability to close high-value deals and meet revenue targets
- Competence in Account Management to nurture client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Extensive experience in Business Development, including identifying new opportunities and executing growth initiatives
- Leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in the cybersecurity or IT services domain is highly desirable
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
