Role Description
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professionals to join our growing Office Interior Design & Build team. Open positions range from Manager to Head level for candidates with strong experience in client acquisition, corporate sales, and project-based business development within interiors, fit-outs, construction, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities in corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, PMC consultants, architects, and decision-makers.
- Identify potential leads through networking, references, cold calling, and market research.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for proposal submissions and client presentations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth strategies.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Development / Lead Generation within:
Office Interiors | Interior Fit-outs | Design & Build
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving business targets.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Leadership experience preferred for senior/head-level roles.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Relevant industry experience is mandatory.
Experience
- Head Level / Senior Manager Level: 10–15+ Years
- Manager Level: 3–6 Years
