Role Description
The Business Development Head - Food Service Design will oversee and execute strategies to drive business growth, build and maintain client relationships, and lead sales and account management efforts in the food service design domain. Key responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing business planning activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Planning and Business Development to identify and execute growth opportunities
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, client needs, and project feasibility
- Skills in Sales and Account Management for nurturing client relationships and achieving sales targets
- Experience in the food service or hospitality industry is highly desirable
- Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
