🎯 Who We Are Looking For:
- The Networker: Someone with deep, established relationships in both the Government Sector (State Depts, PSUs) and Private Corporate Sector in Bhopal.
- The Closer: Proven track record of generating leads and closing high-ticket B2B contracts, AMCs, and facility management projects.
- The Local Expert: Excellent understanding of the Bhopal market dynamics and key decision-makers.
💼 What You Will Do:
- Bring in large-scale corporate and government facility engineering contracts.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, facility managers, and procurement heads.
- Drive the revenue engine for our Commercial AC AMC and Architectural Finishing divisions.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5+ years of solid experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Facility Management in the Bhopal market.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field (MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus, but your local network and closing skills matter more to us than a piece of paper).
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation power, and a basic understanding of vendor empanelment or tender processes for corporate/government projects.
