Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Head based in Ahmedabad. The role involves driving business growth by creating and executing strategic business plans, forming partnerships, identifying opportunities, and expanding the company's market presence. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, leading sales strategies, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. The individual will also analyze market trends and performance metrics to guide decision-making and optimize results.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Development
- Strong Analytical Skills for market research and performance assessment
- Experience in Sales and creating impactful sales strategies
- Expertise in Account Management and nurturing client relationships
- Proven track record in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Understanding of the urban living and hospitality industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
