Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for the position of Business Development Head. The candidate will oversee and drive the company's growth strategy by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing business plans, and managing key accounts. The role involves building strong client relationships, leading sales efforts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue goals. The Business Development Head will also be instrumental in fostering partnerships to enhance the company’s presence and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management, with a proven record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills to develop strategies and assess market opportunities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities to engage with clients and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of technology and emerging financial technologies is advantageous.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
