We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager / Team Lead – IT Sales to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IT Sales, including Cloud Migration, Data Migration, IT Services, and IT Infrastructure, along with proven leadership capabilities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and acquire business opportunities/projects
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business targets
Identify new markets, trends, and growth opportunities
Prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and close deals effectively
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
Develop strategic plans to increase revenue and market presence
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ 5–7 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
✔ Strong track record of lead generation and deal closure
✔ Experience in Cloud Migration, Data Migration, IT Services, and IT Infrastructure sales
✔ Leadership and team management skills
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
🔹 Preferred Skills
✔ Experience handling international clients (US/UK markets is a plus)
✔ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
✔ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
