Role Description
The Business Development Head will drive strategic growth initiatives, develop and execute business plans, and manage key client relationships to expand Brickwork India's market presence. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Bangalore Urban district. The position requires leading sales teams, managing strategic accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term client partnerships. The role also encompasses responsibility for achieving revenue targets, collaborating across departments to align services with client needs, and contributing to the organization’s growth strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Planning and the ability to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess market opportunities and derive actionable business insights
- Proven track record in Sales and Business Development, including client acquisition and revenue generation
- Experience in Account Management with a focus on maintaining and growing client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a business development or sales leadership role, preferably in the business services sector
- Familiarity with the remote executive assistance industry or similar support service models is a plus
