Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development & Growth role based in Kochi. The individual will focus on identifying new opportunities and driving growth through market research, lead generation, and strong customer relationship management, stratagic expansion and business growth initiavites. The ideal candidate should have strong business development experience, people management skills, and the ability to drive growth opportunities and brand presence.
Qualifications
* 4-6 years of experience in business development, growth, or partnerships
* Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities, communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
* Experience in client handling and strategic business growth
* Understanding and enthusiasm in travel, tourism, experiential brands, or lifestyle sectors preferred
* Self-driven, proactive, and business-oriented mindse
Resposibilities
* Drive business development and growth initiatives
* Develop strategic partnerships and corporate relationships
* Manage client communication and business outreach
* Identify new business opportunities and revenue channels
