We are hiring a Business Development & Growth Associate to help drive B2B sales and lead generation for our AI consulting business.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on:
- Generating leads
- Running outreach campaigns
- Initiating client conversations
This is not a pure internship or beginner role.
We are looking for someone with some prior exposure to sales / outreach / lead generation who can contribute from Day 1 and grow into a core revenue role.
Responsibilities:
- Build and research targeted lead lists (ICP-based)
- Execute LinkedIn and cold email outreach campaigns
- Write and iterate outreach messages to improve response rates
- Qualify leads and initiate conversations with prospects
- Book discovery calls for the founder
- Maintain CRM and track pipeline activity
- Continuously improve outreach performance (reply rates, conversions)
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in sales / business development / growth / lead generation
- Prior hands-on experience with outreach (internship, freelance, or job)
- Strong written communication skills
- High ownership and execution mindset
- Comfortable with daily activity targets and repetitive tasks
- Fast learner with a problem-solving attitude
Not suitable for candidates with zero practical exposure

Compensation:
