Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development (Fresher) - Sales professional based in Coimbatore. The role involves lead generation, identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The individual will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and achieve business goals, while also delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Market Research skills to identify trends and opportunities
- Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and understanding customer needs
- Experience or aptitude for delivering excellent Customer Service
- Ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the hygiene or eco-friendly product industry is a plus
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
