Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and sales opportunities for residential rooftop solar projects
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site surveys across Delhi/NCR
Explain solar solutions, pricing, government subsidies, ROI, and benefits to homeowners
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and project feasibility reports
Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and referral networks
Execute local marketing activities, campaigns, and society outreach programs
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer data, follow-ups, and sales reports
Stay updated on MNRE policies, subsidies, and net-metering regulations
Skills & Requirements:
Freshers - 3 years of experience in solar sales / real estate/field sales / B2C sales
Prior experience in residential solar rooftop sales is a plus
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Good knowledge of Delhi/NCR residential societies and local areas
Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi/NCR
Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred)
Comfortable working in a field-based, target-driven environment
