Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads from website, Trade India, referrals, and databases via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Qualify leads based on industry fit (telecom, wind, marine), order size, geography, and technical compatibility
- Nurture prospects through disciplined follow-ups and assess if customer inquiries align with our capabilities
- Escalate qualified leads with complete information to the Sales Engineer for conversion
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare reports on leads.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and trade show participation
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams for smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction
- Meet TATs and deadlines while handling multiple tasks under pressure
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0-2 years in business development, sales support, or technical sales
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Basic MS Excel skills
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
- Can understand technical specifications and communicate them clearly to customers
- Excellent follow-up skills, organized, and process-driven
- Takes ownership, works under pressure, and delivers on time
