Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Business Development Specialist in Clinical Sample Bioanalysis. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing tailored solutions for clinical sample bioanalysis. The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and exceptional client satisfaction. Monitoring industry trends and contributing to the development of strategic business initiatives will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of bioanalytical assay development, validation, and regulatory compliance, with experience following USFDA and EMA guidelines
- Skills in business development, client relationship management, and proposal preparation for clinical sample bioanalysis services
- Strong understanding of drug development and clinical research, including knowledge of NCEs, NBEs, and biosimilars
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and project management to drive successful outcomes and ensure client satisfaction
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
