We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth in our cab rental and corporate mobility business. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, and promoting our services including Car Rentals, Employee Transportation Services (ETS), and Travel Management solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, SME, and travel sectors
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and references
Build a strong pipeline of potential clients for long-term growth
- Corporate Sales & Client Acquisition
Approach And Onboard Corporate Clients For
Employee Transportation Services (ETS)
Car rental solutions (daily, monthly, long-term)
Travel and mobility management services
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Close deals and ensure smooth contract finalization
- Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
Act as a single point of contact for key accounts
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Needs Assessment & Solution Selling
Understand client requirements, travel patterns, and operational needs
Design customized mobility solutions aligned with client expectations
Present service proposals with pricing, routes, and service models
- Revenue & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Drive consistent revenue growth for the organization
Track sales performance and take corrective actions when needed
- Coordination & Operations Support
Coordinate with operations, fleet, and driver teams for onboarding new clients
Ensure smooth service implementation and delivery
Resolve client issues in coordination with internal teams
- Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Maintain MIS, lead tracker, and client database
Create proposals, presentations, and contract documents
