Role Title
Business Development (BDE/BDM) – Field Sales
Location / Base
Maharashtra | Base: Nagpur or Nashik, Mumbai, Kohlapur
Travel across assigned districts within assined region in Maharashtra(field-heavy role).
Role Objective
Drive student subscriptions by building strong college-level relationships and converting leads through on-ground demos, seminars, and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and onboard nursing colleges, coaching centres, and student communities in Maharashtra
- Conduct on-ground product demos, classroom sessions, hostel meets, and micro-seminars
- Generate and convert leads: prospect → pitch → close → nurture
- Build campus-level referral engines (CRs, class reps, interns, alumni connectors)
- Maintain daily CRM/MIS updates; meet weekly lead and revenue targets
- Coordinate with marketing for local activations (posters, stalls, events, workshops)
Target Institutions
- B.Sc Nursing colleges (priority)
- GNM / Post Basic colleges where relevant
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable with daily travel and owning a Maharashtra territory
- Confident public speaking + student handling (classroom style pitching)
- Strong communication in Marathi+ Hindi + basic English (must-have)
- 0–3 years experience in field sales / education sales preferred
- Two-wheeler preferred;
