We’re building our U.S. outbound function and looking for someone who is comfortable starting conversations from zero.
Your Role
As a Business Development Executive (USA) at White Bull, you’ll be the first interaction with U.S. accounting firms.
You’ll need to get attention quickly and convert it into a qualified meeting.
What You’ll Do
• Make outbound calls to U.S. prospects daily
• Book qualified meetings for the senior team
• Follow up via email and LinkedIn consistently
• Handle objections without losing control of the conversation
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and outreach tracking
What You’ll Bring
• 0.6–1 years of cold calling / appointment setting experience
• Clear spoken English - required for U.S. conversations
• Comfort handling rejection and continuing outreach
• Basic understanding of B2B sales process
• Consistency in daily activity and follow-ups

Compensation
💰 Competitive salary based on experience
