We are actively expanding into North American markets (USA & Canada), focusing on acquiring high-value clients and long-term partnerships across multiple engagement models.
🧠 About the Role
👉 This is a Business Generation role.
The selected candidate will be directly responsible for acquiring clients from USA & Canada and generating revenue for the company.
You will work across different client engagement types, including:
- Direct Clients
- Implementation Partners
- Tier-1 Clients / Enterprises
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Generate business from USA & Canada through:
- LinkedIn outreach
- Upwork / Freelancer / Fiverr
- cold emails and networking
- Identify and approach:
- Direct business clients
- Implementation partners
- Tier-1 / enterprise-level clients
- Handle client communication via:
- calls
- emails
- chats
- Understand requirements and pitch services effectively
- Prepare proposals and follow-ups
- Convert leads into paid international projects
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
📊 Performance Expectations (VERY IMPORTANT)
- This is a target-driven, revenue-focused role
- Candidate will be evaluated based on:
- number of clients acquired (Direct / Implementation / Tier-1)
- revenue generated
- deal closure rate
👉 Primary responsibility: Bringing new international business from North America
🛠️ Required Skills
MUST HAVE:
- Excellent spoken and written English (neutral/global accent preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in interacting with international clients
- Sales mindset with focus on closing deals
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Experience with:
- Upwork / Freelancer platforms
- LinkedIn lead generation
- cold outreach
- Basic understanding of:
- website development / IT services
- Exposure to working with:
- enterprise clients or international partners
